Pop Culture Paganism is a growing phenomenon. Here are a few wind-related pop culture icons that you can invoke for your spells:

John Egbert: One of the main characters in Homestuck, and known as the Heir of Breath. You can learn more about John on the MS Paint Adventures wiki.

Airbenders: Airbending is one of the bending arts from Avatar the Last Airbender. These people are able to control and manipulate air, and are known as peaceful nomads that detached themselves from worldly problems.

Linka: The Wind Planeteer in Captain Planet. She is often the voice of logic and reason, though she is quick to anger. Good with technology, she's revealed to be a hacker.

Ravenclaw: In the Harry Potter series, the Hogwarts house of Ravenclaw is associated with Air. The house is represented by an eagle and emphasizes wit, learning and wisdom.

Sailor Uranus: One of the Outer Senshi in the Sailor Moon series. She is associated with swords, precognition, the wind and the sky. She also is seen as someone who plays with gender.

Magic the Gathering: A Pop Culture Pagan wrote in to me on Tumblr and told me that they associate the White Mana and Blue Mana with Air.

Blue Mana is more often associated with water, since it is represented by a drop of water.

White Mana, on the other hand, is associated with the sun. Air is similarly associated with the sun. White's goal is peace, harmony and perfection. It places a lot of value in morality, order, uniformity and structure.

Flying Type Pokemon: Suggested by move-the-stars-for-no-one on Tumblr. Flying type Pokemon come in many forms. Their moves tend to weaponize air, like Air Cutter.

Farore: Suggested by move-the-stars-for-no-one on Tumblr. The Goddess of Courage in The Legend of Zelda. Farore's Wind is a spell that can be added to the main character's arsenal. Her essence is often represented by wind, as well.
